It’s been a whole week without losing a pound and that is just plain torcher … I start to worry that I’m doing something wrong. I go over everything I’ve learned in my mind and start to reanalyze everything I’m eating.
This time both bonnie and I put our heads together and I think I’ve figured out why we are slowing down. If we’re right, and I hope we are … I’m hoping to jump start the rapid losing again.
About a month or two after I got out of the hospital, I set up an eating plan and I lost quickly, then I stop, so I took a look at what I was doing and realized that I wasn’t getting enough proteins in … so I force myself to eat 2 extra proteins sources and that worked for a while and I started losing quickly again.
Now I think I may have gone to far … maybe, eating to much and maybe … too much of the wrong things, just trying to get enough proteins in … So, now I’ve gone over my plan again, taking a go look at the calorie count as well as the proteins … etc.
And low & behold I’ve starting a new PLAN …
