Noah’s ark

Nutrition class #2 … I can’t tell you how fun it is doing all of the classes twice, it’s like being on the Noah’s ark of classes. Although there are some people in the class, that should be doing the classes in two’s or maybe three’s.

There was one guy who must have ask the teacher three or four times ” so that includes Beer” He tried several ways of stating the same question, but the answers was still the same. By His fourth time asking, the whole classes answered a big
NO Beer.  I thought, maybe He was in the wrong class … or I was in an AA meeting by mistake.  Believe me, that guy has bigger issues then weight.

Oddly enough, they had handed out papers, outlining everything that was to be covered in the class, included the ever popular “Beer” in question … and then read from the papers … word for word. A few people had understandable questions not covered in the papers, but I guess anytime you get in a big group of people together your bound to get a few that just can’t keep up.

Such was the case with the Lady that sat beside me, She seemed as if she were trying to cheat off of my paper … and it wasn’t a test … No writing evolved at all … just reading along .. or for the brighter of us in the class .. just listening, was all that was required.
I watched her strain to look at my paper for the longest time, wondering what she was doing. Then towards the end of the class, when I guess she figured out she couldn’t cheat off of my paper, she started asking me questions. I politely answered the first few then I played dumb and pawned her off on the teacher, while I made a quick exit. You wouldn’t think this little fat girl could walk so fast, but bad hip an all I trotted off as quick as I could. I didn’t want to be caught in the elevator having to teach a remedial class.

Oh well, that’s 2 down and 1 to go.
Keep checking back … I could actually get a surgery date someday.
